Free Parenting Programs at the Family Resource Center

Calendar of Events
Nurturing Parent program
Free classes in Downieville and Loyalton at a time that fits your schedule.
"Nurturing Parenting starts with a simple thought: Take care of yourself and you can take care of others. Abandon yourself, give everything you have to your children and family, leave no time or energy for yourself and I can guarantee those challenging and difficult times will be a daily experience. You deserve to be cared for. And, your children deserve to be cared for. The world is not a cold and cruel place unless you make it so. Enough said."
From "Nurturing Parenting" by Stephen J. Bavolek, Ph.D.
