Hiring Range $24.34 - $27.37
The position of Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations, oversight of staff, contract management, fiscal administration, as well as program direction and development. The ED maintains collaborative relationships with a network of partner agencies. We are looking for someone with leadership experience, knowledge of government and/or non-profit organizational work, staff supervision and some understanding of child development and family functioning needs. Higher education in the health and human services field is preferred. Grant program evaluation and QuickBooks experience would be a bonus. The FRC hours of operations are Tuesday thru Friday 10-4. This position is full-time. Some remote work may be considered.
