Mission Statement

We Serve Sierra County by promoting a healthy environment through access to resources and positive activities so that everyone can be healthy, safe, educated, and self-reliant.  

High Sierras Family Services is an independent nonprofit organization that relies on grants and the generosity of the community to continue operating.  It was established over 30 years ago by members of the local community to help those in need.
